Ishara Towers Rwanda, formerly IHS Rwanda, is now under the stewardship of Paradigm Tower Ventures, a newly launched platform by Paradigm Infrastructure targeting expansion across Sub-Saharan Africa. We bring decades of leadership experience in tower infrastructure and currently manage a nationwide portfolio of 1,466 towers that provide essential connectivity across Rwanda.
